Blas García (born May 26th, 1942) is a Mexican voice actor who provides voices in the Latin American narration of Thomas & Friends and also provided the voice of Henry in Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

He is best known for dubbing for famous celebrities such as Tommy Lee Jones, Clint Eastwood, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Sylvester Stallone.

He also voiced Finn McMissille from "Cars 2", Eeyore from "Winnie the Pooh", Tai Lung from "Kung Fu Panda", Rubeus Hagrid from the "Harry Potter" films, and President Snow from "The Hunger Games" films.
