"Percy's Predicament" is a second season episode. It first aired on October the 19th, 1986.
Plot
Daisy has neglected to take the milk again and Percy is cross. To cheer him up, Toby offers to swap jobs and Percy collects trucks from the quarry, but they are so cross at him they decide to pay him out and push him onto a brakevan. The Fat Controller is cross, but not only at him, as seen when he reprimands Daisy for being lazy. Daisy sees the error of her ways and resolves to be good, and Thomas returns while Percy is at the works.

Trivia
- Stock footage from "Percy and Harold" is used - you can tell by the cement blocks in Percy's trucks despite Percy pulling coal trucks.
Goofs
- Percy's trucks' faces continuously disappear and reappear.
- When Percy passes the scrapyard, he clips a bush beside the track.
- The narrator mentions that Percy had never been to the quarry before, but Percy visited it in "Percy and Harold".
- When Percy passes the signalbox, his brakevan changes.
- Just before Percy crashes into the brakevan, look at the track that the brakevan is on and you'll see what looks like a stone used to lift Percy on top of the trucks.
- The brakevan is already broken before Percy destroys it.
- When Thomas couples up to Annie and Clarabel his driver is facing the back. However, when Thomas puffs away, his driver is still looking back. Shouldn't he be facing the front?
